Kambones is a Historic Venetian family home on the Greek island of Naxos. The inscription on the lintel was carved in 1615 to celebrate an ancient marriage and now it is time to celebrate yours!

Kambones is an old Venetian olive farm with a manor house. It is a listed building together with the olive press, wine cellar and double Orthodox - Catholic chapels which are still in use today.
It resides in an area of stunning natural beauty with breathtaking views, and all of the original contents of the house have been restored and beautifully displayed. The master bedroom with its iron bedstead and lace curtains is the most romantic honeymoon suite you could ever dream of .
As a wedding venue the property is excellent for groups of 50 - 100 people and offers a choice of spaces. There are four different outdoor areas and a choice of either the main house or the olive press for indoor use.
Religious ceremonies can take place in the Orthodox chapel of St Anthony (if one of the two are Orthodox) or in the Catholic Chapel of Our Lady for a Catholic or interdenominational ceremony. Legal civil marriages can be held in any of the other indoor or outdoor spaces.
For music, we have you covered with our resident classical guitarist who has a Master's in Performance from the Mozarteum University of Salzburg. He can team up with other musicians to play your choice of Classical or Greek music for your special day.
We are happy to work with your own wedding planner or introduce you to one of three on our island.
Kambones 1615 is a fully sustainable venue. Certified by Ecotourism Greece, we recycle all our wastewater, have solar power for outdoor lighting and water heating and use only green olive soap for laundry and household cleaning.
Our caterer is as passionate as we are about not using single use plastics and can craft the most delectable vegetarian and vegan menus should you desire. Naxos is justly famous for its high quality agricultural produce and our caterer always sources the best of local. Any food leftovers will become a delicious breakfast for our vegan donkeys and omnivorous chickens.
Indeed our lovely donkeys would be happy to become a part of your wedding ceremony, should you choose to send them an invitation!
Additional venue extras include; picnics in the ancient olive groves, olive oil degustation and designing your own wine label for your own personal wedding wine.
Kambones is situated 10km from Naxos town and just 7km from the islands airport.
What we loveThe unique, authentic feel allowing you to become secluded from reality, from sustainable credentials to incredible backdrops, Kambones is the Cycladic island's hidden wedding gem.
